Louboutin demanda a YSL

Como todos saben, el distintivo clásico de los zapatos del diseñador francés, Christian Louboutin, es que tienen la suela roja. Si uno ve una, sabe que está viendo un Louboutin. 

Sin embargo, Yves Saint Laurent, recientemente, creó un zapato de suela roja, lo que le valió una demanda de un millón de dólares, interpuesta por Louboutin el mes pasado, ante los tribunales de Manhattan. El motivo es que al copiar la suela roja, "crea confusión, equivocaciones y engaño" entre las clientas.

Ya veremos el resultado de todo esto, pero algo claro es que las suelas rojas son LOUBOUTIN, incluso las tienen patentadas.
